Xin Zhongfu (Shanghai) Shipping Co., Ltd., formerly known as Zhongfu (Shanghai) Shipping Co., Ltd., was registered and established in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone on September 26, 2011. In 2022, after FAW Logistics became a shareholder, the company was officially renamed.
Currently, Xin Zhongfu Shipping has a registered capital of 257.14 million yuan, total assets of 610 million yuan, and net assets of 329 million yuan. With outstanding industry performance, the company stood out among more than 10,000 shipping companies in Shanghai Pudong New Area in early 2018, successfully joining the list of only 100 key shipping companies, demonstrating its important position and core competitiveness in the regional shipping industry.
